Always liked it when the expansionee's( is that even a word?) clothes get tight, same goes for armor. And since I always thought that that the zerg just begged to let someone swell and that there was not enough art of Kerrigan getting nice and round, you guys get to see Sarah have an accident with hatchery essence, bulging out of her carapace.
